To the Manager of "Safe Travel With Us" My name is Craciunescu Bogdan, and I wrote you to complain about the hotel you recommended last week. It is barely a 3***- star hotel. It looks awfully dirty, and the services provided are very poor. They do not have room-service and do not clean rooms or change sheets. I am very displeased, so I would like to ask you what did I pay 150£/night for and how I can get my money back since I still have 4 nights to stay in this beautiful city of London and I am not going back sooner because of the low-rank accommodation you have provided?!
